installation incomplete
I tried installing maximum security 2015 and a "Installation Incomplete" message came up:
The computer has not started running a service needed by the installer. (error code: #1603, 3002, 0xe01a000f)

Thanks for providing the help page. My husband and I tried the MANY steps after dinner and were able to finish the installation. Thanks very much!!
BTW, I see "beta" in the title of this discussion forum. Is this forum now official?

Regarding the beta label, this is a new forum and we are incrementally introducing the service to our customers. Once it is running smoothly, we'll remove the beta label.
