impossible connection

when i clicked on activate now a popup appears with the message : "impossible to reach Trend Micro" where as i'm connected to internet and i can add my license on another PC

May I know if you've tried to check if the internet connection is stable on your device? It is possible that you are experiencing this error due to network issues.

To further check on the issue, we would also appreciate if you can provide the following details:
1. Screenshot of the error message
2. Trend Micro program name and version
