I want to stop all notifications except critical ones. I dont want to use mute mode. A permanent stop. Is this possible?
On windows 11 and 10 on different PCs in my household.
I have been using Trend Micro for a day and it's already melting my brain with the amount of pop ups. I don't care about how many times you have intervened on my behalf. It's like a needy child wanting to show me every macaroni picture they have created. Just do what I pay for and leave me alone.
Is this an option or am i cancelling straight away?

Thank you for letting us know your sentiments for the Trend Micro's non-critical notifications.
Regarding the program's features, we only offer the Mute mode to assist you in this situation. However, you can modify your notification settings at any time through the Settings app.
Here's how:
Select Start, then select Settings.
Go to System > Notifications.
Turn notifications, banners, and sounds off for Trend Micro program. To see all options, expand the notifications area.
Please note that if you disable the program's notifications in your Windows settings, it will not only affect non-critical notifications but also critical ones.
