How to transfer my Subscription to my lap-top?

My subscription for trend micro is current but my hoeme computer is no longer working. Can I transfer my TMS to my laptop. The disc I have is not working.

Sorry to hear about your home PC. The good news is yes you certainly can transfer your existing subscription to your laptop ;-) Here're the steps to do this:
