How do I stop hyperlinks from being highlighted?

I just got a new computer, and now all my hyperlinks are highlighted. Not the usual underline, which is fine, but actually highlighted as well. I've been reading that this might be a Trend Micro thing - does anyone know how to remove it? It's extremely annyoing.

Hi @caweston01!

The Page Rating helps you identify if the website is Safe, Suspicious, or Dangerous.

To turn it off:

1. Open your browser and tap on the Trend Micro Toolbar.
2. Go to Settings and manage the Page Rating base on your preferences.

We would appreciate it if you could share more insights on how we can make Page Ratings less annoying. This will help in developing the feature.
