The average memory that Trend Micro may consume is 348 MB. It is considered to be using too much memory when it is higher than 348 MB and does not go back to normal within 5 to 10 minutes.
To fix the issue, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Trend Micro. You may get the latest installer from the link below. Also, please ensure that there is no conflicting and unwanted software on your device like other antivirus software.
