Green highlighting disappeared

From what I have seen you end up with two of the same extension being loaded which doesn't work, so remove both unless you can work out which version is newer and then reinstall the new version.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home User's Community! 
We are currently aware that some user are experiencing an error message from their Trend MIcro Toolbar extension showing "The extension failed to load properly. It might not be able to intercept network requests.".
This could be the same reason why the green highlighting disappeared because the Trend Micro Toolbar is experiencing an issue and is not working properly. May I ask if you are still experiencing this or you managed to fix the issue by reinstalling the Trend Micro Toolbar extension?
