May I ask about the file's origin? Was it downloaded from external sources, or was it created locally on your system?

Regarding our investigation, when a file is fetched from the network, it usually consists of a main file and an extension. In the New Technology File System (NTFS) employed by Microsoft Windows for file management, this pairing is recognized as a single file. However, within the context of Trend Micro, it may be perceived as multiple distinct files.
