Hi @jnk71155 and @harley12335,
The new version of the Trend Micro Toolbar has addressed and fixed the problem with the email defender.
You may follow instructions on How to Update Trend Micro Toolbars and Extensions on Windows.
Please let us know if everything goes well on your end. Thank you!

Hi @harley12335,
Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!
We do apologize for the inconvenience that this issue has brought you. If you're using Outlook, you most likely experienced that prompt because Outlook changed its key name in Data Storage.
Our developers have informed us that the issue is caused by changes in Outlook's data storage, which prevents Trend Micro from accessing the necessary details. The good news is that we expect to fix this problem in the upcoming update, set to be released on 06/29/2023. It will automatically deploy to your program and it will be fixed backend. Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
