Does trend no longer accept prepaid cards?

I just tried to renew my subscription paying with a prepaid visa card and I kept getting purchase errors. Does trendmicro No longer accept prepaid visa gift/debit cards?

Gift cards have limitations on online purchases, which could be a possible reason why you are encountering issues when purchasing Trend Micro subscriptions using them. 

Trend Micro Online Store payment method options cater to credit/debit cards and Paypal as of the moment. You may check out our Online Merchant's Payment Method Guide.

@hsfrotten​ The subject to price difference if there are other factors to take into account like tax was one of the possible cause of error when using the prepaid visa card. We appreciate you checking with us, but as @tm_carlo mentioned, at this time, credit/debit cards and Paypal are the only payment options offered for our online store.
