DO I NEED ANOTHER VIRUS PROTECTION PROGRAM
Hi, I have and am very satisfied with my Trend Micro virus protection. I have a McCafee pop-up appearing on my computer every time I log on. I understand it may have come along with one of the programs I'm using (possibly Microsoft?) ..... I just dont know if I should be encouraging or accepting it on my desktop. Also, dont know how to get rid of it, and would appreciate some help.

Welcome To Trend Micro Home Users Community!
Having two different Antivirus programs or Applications on your computer is not advisable for it is causing any incompatibility issues with each other and more especially on your device.
In order to remove or delete the McAfee on your computer kindly do these steps:
1. Click Windows Key + R key at the same time.
2. Type "appwiz.cpl" press enter.
3. Your programs and features window will appear.
4. Look for McAfee then click Delete or Remove
5. Restart your computer then check if the issue persists.
