Yes it is okay, this is optional only.
Ticking the "Share Performance Information to Trend Micro" checkbox that Trend Micro Application will collect data about the performance of your devices, such as MAC address, file names, system info's, IP address, browser settings, installed applications, running processes, and even product user interface interactions.
These data is used by Trend Micro to optimize the performance of your device and help us design new features to further protect its users.
But overall, this will not affect or cause interference with overall protection of your Antivirus.
