Deep Security Agent: Driver offline/Not Installed

Hi All,

I'm having an issue with some of the computers which is showing multiple errors in DSM. Errors are "Anti-Malware Engine Offline", "Anti-Malware Windows Platform Update Failed", "Pattern Update on Agents/Appliances Failed".

In the agent it shows "Driver offline/Not Installed"

I have tried completely uninstalled and reinstalled the agent (manually) as per below guide but same.

Checked certificates also it seems fine.

Appreciate any help to resolve this issue.
