Your password rules are weak!!
Your product password rules are weak for a Security Product. Seriously cannot use characters or limited to just a few!! Password safe master password limited in size!! WTF.
I am a new user to your product and pleased with its usage at the moment but seriously fix the password strength!!
It really does not make your product seem to be a serious one.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!
Apologies for the concern you have raised. If you are referring to Password Manager's Master Password, the password rules are designed to be between 8 and 20 characters and a combination of at least two kinds of characters:
Letters (A-Z, a-z)
Numbers (0-9)
Symbols (?_!@#*-+/$%^&()={}[]\|"'?<>.,~`)

If you are referring to Trend Micro Console Password, the password rules are
designed to be between 8 and 50 characters and a combination of simple letters and numbers (A-Z, a-z, and 0-9). To learn more about Trend Micro Main Console password, you may click on the link below.
