Unable to use new Master Password

After I reset my Master Password and open the Trend Micro Security App from my Windows 10 Desktop and select the Data>Password Manager I can't use the new password. The reason I know this is it continues to show me the Old Password Hint. After serveral tries I get locked out. The same thing happens on the Trend Micro Security assistant on the Chrome browser. I have cleared the Chrome browser cache and it still happens. What can I do to use the Password Manager?

Please make sure that the reset of your Master Password is successful. You may visit the link below to check how to reset Master Password. Please be reminded that resetting Master Password means losing all stored data such as passwords and secure notes on your Password Manager.
