Transfer of Protected Data Blocked POPUP


Why am I getting the POPUP every time I open a new webpage.  Not shopping, not entering any CC info, just surfing the net

Can't it be on but disable the POPUP every time we open a new webpage 

It's annoying !!!

Welcome to Trend Micro Online Community.
I believe the "Transfer of Protected Data Blocked" pop-up is related to your Antivirus' Data Theft Protection feature.
Basically, the antivirus checks anything that matches whatever is registered under your categories indicated inside the data theft protection feature.
It is adviseable to put numbers/characters not less to be too generic and not much to be specific.
Example, if your credit card number is "3214-4132-1234" then only put either the first 8 numbers (3214-4132) or the last 8 numbers (4132-1234).
Placing lesser than that makes it too generic and common for the feature to find a match and give you that "transfer of Protected Data Blocked"
Placing more than that makes it too specific and may risk your details to those who will be able to physically get their hands on your computer.
To check this, follow these steps:
1. Open the main console of your Antivirus.
2. Click on Privacy Tab
3. Inside Privacy tab, configure Data Theft Protection
Check the categories and their entries.
