Subscription for password Manager

HI,

I purchased subscription for password manager, paid for and received confirmation email with serial number. Everytime I try to renew my suscription and activate it says "It looks like you did not type the right Activation Code. Please try again."

Firstly I though I done it to soon and I waited few days, but still dopes the same thing. I am worried that my subscription will expery and I have paid 2 weeks earlier.

Hi zoran_pilic,

 

You receive the error message "It looks like you did not type the right Activation Code. Please try again" if:

 

1. You mistyped the activation code on the main console or on the Password Manager online portal. Or;

2. You entered an activation code for another Trend Micro product.

 

What serial number have you used to activate the Password Manager? Please use the activation code that begins with 'S'.

 

If the error persists, you could provide a screenshot of the error message for us to guide you further.
