Some websites now fail to automatically login - password manager

When trying to automatically login to some websites, no fields are filled out. This is probably caused by the website changing the way login is achieved, perhaps with popup screens. An example of this is the bbc account website - https://www.bbc.com/account

Hi Andy Slade,

Sorry to hear about this experience.

It is possible that these websites updated some content on their site that's why the pattern saved on our Password Manager is no longer recognized which causes the auto fill feature not to work.

Can you try to delete the passcard for bbc.com and try to login and save the credentials again?

Please try to clear your browser's cache to see if this will make any difference. In addition to this, try signing in to https://www.bbc.com/account with Trend Micro Password Manager from a different web browser so we can isolate the problem and see if this only happens on 1 web browser only.
