Purchased and Installed Trend Password manager.
When asked to protect now, I entered username and password. Got message back in red saying service not available now, try later. For the past few days.

let's try to reset the components of your Password Manager program. Can you go to the Programs and then Password Manager, open Password Manager Diagnostic Toolkit. Go to the 'Components' tab and click on Stop Components button. Once that's done click on Start Components. Then close that window and reopen your browser to access Password Manager and see if the same error persists.
If it does, can you take a screenshot of that error message so we can evaluate.
