password not good, half of my passwords do not work

We're sorry to hear about this experience of yours. I believe that this is about the Trend Micro Password Manager. Can you tell us the websites where your passwords isn't working? Also, are you getting any error messages? If yes, we'll appreciate if you can share a screenshot with us so we can have a look on it as well.

Can you tell us what web browser you're using please?
