Password Manager works on some of my websites and not on others.
Password Manager works on some of my websites and not on others. I operate on a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Windows 10 using TM MaximumSecurity with Password Manager. I have the prefill option selected. i.e. Bank Of America login works fine. online.citi.com does not. I have the website, user and password set up but when I go to the site, I have to manually enter the password. Also, some sites I have to click in the password window to get it to prefill (capitalone.com). Any help would be appreciated.

May I know if Trend Micro Password Manager works on online.citi.com before?
It is possible that the site changes some of its contents that's why the pattern for the Trend Micro password manger doesn't work anymore.
Also, you might have 2 accounts on the same website that's why it asks you to choose which account to sign in.
