Password Manager Service is CPU HOG

As listed in Task Manager - Trend Micro Password Manager Service is using HIGH CPU. I'm not using the password manager feature. High CPU usage occurs whether a browser is open or not.
What is WRONG???

Thank you for letting us know about this problem that you encountered. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Trend Micro Password Manager is a bundled product with your Maximum Security subscription. For this problem that you are experiencing, you may uninstall Password Manager from your computer if you are not using it.

You may follow the steps below to help you remove Trend Micro Password Manager on your computer.

•  Press the Windows button on your keyboard and letter "R" both at the same time to open the Run Console.
• Once the Run Console is open, please type: appwiz.cpl
• Click OK
• Doing that will open a window that will  list down all of the installed applications on your computer. Simply locate Trend Micro Password Manager and then click on Uninstall.
• Wait for the uninstall process to finish.
