To start this with, please check if Trend Micro Password Manager is still installed on your computer. You may check that through Settings > Apps.
If it is not installed, you may follow the installation instructions here: Installing Password Manager
If Password Manager is already installed, you may try enabling or installing the Password Manager extension for your browser: Password Manager toolbar is missing from the browser
