Password Manager don't import file

I tried to import a CSV file (original exported from Password Manager but modified to add more entries) and it shows the import was successful but when I checked the entries, it remained the old ones.

It just shows window saying "Import Started, You can start using Password Manager now".

May we ask for the Trend Micro Password Manager version installed on your device and what internet browser did you use to import your passwords?

To check for the version please follow the instruction below: 
  

On your keyboard, press the Windows Key and the letter  " R" at the same time.
On the Programs and Features window, please check for the version of Trend Micro Password Manager.

Also, try to reinstall the Password Manager on your device. You can uninstall the program on the  Programs and Features window. As for the installation, please try to follow the instruction on this link:  Install Password Manager

 Then try to import a CSV file again on the program.
