Password Manager Chrome Extension Not Available on Chrome Web Store

I got a new computer and installed my subscription Trend Micro Maximum Security. Password manager does not work on Chrome now and there is no Chrome extension available in the web store. It worked on my old laptop the day before. Please correct this.
