Password Management

Client using Worry Free Business Solution for 8 staff.

Using desktop PC's

The office management has had an issue with recovering staff logins for websites when the 2FA is going to the ex-staffs cell phone.  They try to keep up with passwords but it always seems to get lost.

Does the password manager with TM allow for a admin level person to recover passwords for staff (with appropriate licenses)?  We don't need this for phone devices.
