is there a way to keep a local copy of the passwords ?
In case I don't have connectivity but still need access to my passwords ?

Are you referring to your saved passwords in Trend Micro Password Manager?
If yes, then you can export the password by following the instructions using the link below.
Importing and exporting passwords using Password Manager
