Hi @bbrooks55 and welcome to the community!

The reason why you are getting the message that says you have unprotected passwords is because your Trend Micro detected that you are currently saving your online account password to your browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox). These passwords are considered unprotected as it is vulnerable to hackers.

Trend Micro suggests that you use Trend Micro Password Manager which is bundled to your Trend Micro Maximum Security to protect your online passwords. If you want to use the Password Manager, you may visit the link below:

Installing Trend Micro Password Manager

To know more about Password Manager, you may visit this link:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about Password Manager

If you do not want to use the Password Manager and wants to prevent the Maximum Security to detect the unprotected browser passwords, you may open the main console and click the gear icon (Settings) beside the Scan button. Go to PC Health Checkup on the left of the page and untick the option for Browser Passwords.

We hope this helps! Thank you and have a great day!
