Even after removing the Trend Micro by Trend micro uninstaller and remnants cleaner you encounter the same problem and the same is not fixed. Then you may need to approach the customer support and ask for 1 time remote support to resolve this issue. They have dedicated tools such as Trend Micro Password Manager diagnostic tools which can fix any issues related to the Password manager.
