I have exactly the same problem on start-up, the window pop-up is same so no screenshot required.

1. Latest 'Pas Mgr' version, can't find # but always up to date.

2. Windows Pro (Ver. 20H2)

3 & 4. You have it - screenshot same as others. 'Tower Main' > Manifest file is missing or unreadable.

Have the same issue. The issue persists after the Password Manager reinstallation process.

Thanks for checking rkinlaw, may I know if it's alright to turn off the setting Restart Apps? this setting allows Windows to reopen applications upon restart. You may try to disable the setting and reconfirm if the issue persists please let us know.

I'm curious as to MS Edge , are you supposed to save the password there first for it to link to PWM? When I'm in PWM & click login it takes me to the login page but doesn't auto login & are there any flag switches that may interfere with this? Running version 89 on Windows 10 Lenovo laptop

Thanks

Hi, craigeedwards!

For the Trend Micro password manager, you will first need to log in, on the website then save the credentials on the Trend Micro password manager pop up for it to automatically logged you in.

That's one way of saving a passcard, you can learn more about the Trend Micro password manager and it's features on the link below.

How to use Password Manager for Microsoft Edge

Hope this helps!

Thanks Angelo, but I've only had the popup window open once & I get the Edge "save passwords" form pop up quicker & every time. I had "dont save passwords" initially set on Edge

Hi Craig Edwards!

The Password Manager is not linked to the Microsoft Edge browser when saving passwords. As for the auto-login, may we know the version of your web browser? Also, does it happen to all the login pages or is there a specific website? Did you also receive this pop-up image below to save your password for auto-login?

Awaiting your response

hello Ann, could it be because I have 3rd party cookies blocked & ive flipped the extra security flags on my Edge browser, latest version 89. Point something, I can get the specifics if you need then, I’m also running with a vulnerability in my Google Advanced Protection keys that they are not willing to help with CVE-2021-3011 thanks

Hi craigeedwards,

Thanks for sharing more info. Can you reconfirm step by step how are you using Password Manager to sign in to sites?

This would help us visualize the expected scenario. You may also take a screenshot to further describe the issue.
