Does password manager even work>

This thing has been on my computer for awhile.  Thought I would try it.  Didn't work - there is limited if any info on how to start it, only a worthless video.   I put in a ticket and they asked for a bunch of info.  didn't have time to do that was yesterday.  today I fired up the computer and all of a sudden it is asking my if I want to save passwords, so hey it fixed itself.   Now when I wemt to log on to this TREND MICRO site it didn't ask to save my password.  What  joke.   Was coming here to see why this thing ALWAYS consumes at 40-50% the disk on start-up. Makes the computer unusable for 20-30 minutes.
