Subscription renews on 4th October, but app won’t let me turn on webguard

Are you getting an error message whenever you're trying to enable the Web Guard feature? You can try to reactivate the protection then check if you can now enable the feature. Here's how:
1. Open your Trend Micro app. 2. Scroll down then tap Settings. 3. On the Settings, "Sign out" to sign out your Trend Micro account.4. After that, go to Settings again then tap "Set up account" to sign in to your Trend Micro account.
