Webgaurd
When I turn web gaurd on on my iPhone 13. Latest updates installed. My vic emergency app won’t load and I need that for fire danger area. i have put www.vicemergency.com.au in the aloud web site list but it still won’t let alerts come through

May I ask the version of your Trend Micro Mobile Security app as well as your IOS version?
Also just to verify , when the Webguard feature is on, your vic emergency app won’t load? May we ask for a screenshot of it?
You can try to clear the app cache of your vic emergency app first by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to your phone’s app list and tap on the “Settings” gearbox.
2. Select “General.”
3. Next, you’ll want to select “iPhone Storage.”
4. Select the app with the cache you want to clear.
5. Within the app’s settings are various details about the app, including its size and usage. You’ll also see two buttons: “Offload App” and “Delete App.”
6. To clear storage space, tap “Offload App.” On the pop-up window, select “Offload App” again to confirm.
