Web Guard blocks access to most websites

With web Guard on I cannot access some websites, when its turned off I can access websites but leaving it off I feel my phone is not protected. iPhone 13pro latest IOS version. I have uninstalled TM and reinstalled but still same problem.

What website are you trying to access? 

Please make sure that the website is safe. You can check it via the Trend Micro Site Safety website. If the result is untested we can submit a reclassification request for the website.

If you are certain that the website is safe. You can add it on the Web Guard's approved websites. 

  1. Tap the Mobile Security app.
  2. Tap Web Guard, tap Approved Websites.
  3. Tap Add Website.
    You can either:
    • Tap Add from Blocked Websites to add from the list of filtered websites.
    • Tap Add Manually to type website address manually.
