We will need to verify more details about your problem in order to assist you.

Please provide the following information:

  • What device and operating system you are using?
  • Have you tried to reactivate the web guard after deleting the VPN profile and encountered the same problem?

@tm_camile I am using an iPad Pro 10.5 inch with iOS 16.3.1 operating system. I have reactivated web guard after deleting the VPN a number of times and it still doesn’t work. I am not running any other VPN and the VPN through web guard works fine on my iPhone 14 pro max

The website checking page indicates my VPN is not turned on when it displays as on and confirmed as connected in my iPhone settings. Quite confused as I am sure the suspect checking page in Trend Micro used to come up with website blocked but I am just getting a check your VPN message???!!!
