I receive notifications of websites being blocked when I’m not using a web browser. It has been going on since I first started using TMMS 2015.

If you don't have your web browser open, could you please tell me where you saw the warning about the website being blocked? It would be very helpful if you could give a screenshot of it, as this would help us quickly identify the problem.
