Unable to restore my purchase upon subscription renewal

Have renewed my subscription on the 6th of July, have received an order confirmation email with the serial no. The product has now expired and it is telling me to renew it.

I have tried to restore the purchase but it does not work. Please advise.

Had similar problem….the only thing is to ring them…their system does not work…I’ve tried to follow the prompts and they take you round in circles….quote the serial no.and any relevant info on the email

You can try to follow the steps below in order to reactivate your Mobile Security subscription:

  1. Make sure that your Mobile Security is in the latest version.
  2. Open your Mobile Security app, scroll down then tap Settings.
  3. On Settings, check if you have your email address in it. If it's there, scroll down and look for the "Sign out" button. Sign out of your Trend Micro account.
  4. Once signed out, go to Settings again and tap "Set up account" then sign in to your Trend Micro account again. It should now show you the updated expiry date.
