Turn off VPN
My personal-private router is connected to VPN, and I want it off. This has been an impossible task. VPN slows connection & sometimes I’m told there is no connection.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.
Are you referring to the VPN feature of Trend Micro Mobile Security? To turn it off, just turn off Web Guard and it will turn off the VPN as well.
