Can’t activate my subscription on my mobile, my email an Apple ID are the same, but it will not activate even though I’m paying for it. Help!!!

For @oranitfawdry, please try to follow the steps below:
1. Open the Mobile Security app.

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Restore purchase and follow the prompts.

For @smitchell496, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Mobile Security app.

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Transfer a subscription to this device.

4. Choose your active license then tap Use this subscription.

5. Tap OK to proceed.
