Some apps not able to connect

​iPhone 7 ​

​software up to date​

​latest version of TM​

​the apps work if the phone it rebooted but soon stop connecting​

Let us isolate the issue. Do the apps work well when the Trend Micro Mobile Security app isn't installed? If yes, try reinstalling the Mobile Security app and check again if the issue has been fixed. This is not our app's normal behavior.
