I have an automatic subscription yet it appears my account has not been  updated as it says it’s expired on the 29th May, yet the money came out of my account on the 26th April. Why hasn’t  it updated?

Please try to follow the steps provided below and check if the issue still the persists:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Mobile Security app.
  2. Scroll down then select Settings,
  3. Tap Trend Micro account then tap Account Control 
  4. Tap Sign-out 
  5. Once done, try to sign-in the account that has an active Mobile Security subscription
