Problems using on iPhone.

I’ve a lot of problems using the software on my iPhone. Many websites took a long time to open on the browser (I mostly use Safari on my iPhone, and occasionally use Firefox and Edge). Some of the website took so long that I’ll just close the browser and start again.

To further check, we'd like to get more information about the issue and the device affected. Does this happen on all the websites you access? May we also know the app version of the Mobile Security app as well as the iOS version of the iPhone? To check the Mobile Security app version, you may follow the steps below:

  1. On your phone, please open the Mobile Security app.
  2. Go to Settings then press About. This will show you the app version number.

Also, have you tried uninstalling the Mobile Security app to compare the load times of the websites? If not yet, please do so and let us know how it goes.
