Yes, you may lock or wipe the data on your phone if you lose it by using the Lost Device Protection feature of Mobile Security.

How to set up Lost Device Protection on iPhone or iPad
After the setup, you may use your laptop to the access Lost Device Protection Portal. You'll need to sign in here using your Trend Micro account. Aside from Wipe and Lock features, you'll also be able to:

- Sound an alarm
- Reset
