issues with Nest app shutting down when TrendMicro is running on the iPhone

The Nest app is stopping to work after 20sec when the opened on a iPhone where the trend micro program is running. I set a 2nd phone same set up, but without the trend micro protection running, and the nest up runs fine. This is an issue that I have been asking TrendMicro support for for nearly 1 year, but they have never contacted me nor provided me a solution. Does anybody has the same issues that I have, and what have you done about it to solve the issue.
