iPhone X & iPad IOS system does NOT update my subscription

My iPhone & iPad are not fully protected by my premium subscription because it Will not recognise that my devices even though it does say my subscription is active when I press renew/activate. I do a scan it picks up 4 issues and when I request the device to fix the issues it takes me to the renew/activate screen. What do I need to do to fix this problem.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!


You may need to sign out then sign in to update the expiration date on your mobile devices. Here are steps you can follow:

1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.

2. Scroll down until you see Settings then open it.

3. Tap Sign Out. Enter your account password to proceed.

4. Go back to Settings.
5. Tap Set Up Account.
6. Enter your Email address and Password then Sign In.
7. Tap Next on the window that will appear.
8. Choose which subscription you would want to use.
9. A dropdown will appear, tap Use this subscription and tap OK.
