Hi @bjhargens!
Trend Micro Security don' change or turn off ringtones. The App doesn't have any permission for it. We can double-check the phone's sound settings.
You can also temporarily remove Trend Micro Mobile Security to see if it will go back to normal. Make sure to reinstall it again.
