iPhone auto lock

I understand that "never" option is missing on Auto-Lock. Do you have a corporate exchange account installed on your iphone? If you do, that is the reason why never option is not showing for auto-lock due to company/organization policy. This might be expected if you have a managed device. You can check in Settings  > General > Profiles & Device Management. 

If you have a company or school profile on your iPhone, you might need to create a new profile in order to configure Auto lock option to Never.
