Yes that’s annoying, I have updated and money out of my account but still get the same message.😡
Me either. iOS is garbage. The android app and desktop versions updated no problem but the iOS app is rubbish. Still says this year even though it’s paid, which was drama in itself. Had to contact them on Messenger. Going back to android. iPhone is just an expensive paper weight for all the drama it causes.

I was unable to reply to your question from the email notification and wondered how I reply. I clicked on your name and found this ticket. Not easy communication. This is too much effort so I give up. But thank you for trying to help. Btw my iOS is 17.3.1
We acknowledge your frustration with the communication process, and it appears there could be some difficulty in replying directly from email notifications. Would you be able to share the error message that appears on your device when attempting to renew the application? Additionally, we're curious to know if your subscription originates directly from the app store, or if you're attempting to renew your entire Trend Micro subscription through a website.
