Hi @Roseybuddy,

Welcome to Trend Micro Home User's Community!

Disabling the security itself on iOS devices is not feasible without uninstalling it, but since that issue is about web pages not loading correctly, what we can do is to temporarily disable / turn off the feature called safe surfing and web guard to test if, it will improve the situation you have, if not please make sure to enable them again to have a secure browsing experience.

To disable / turn off the Safe Surfing and Web Guard feature, please follow the steps:

1. Open the app Trend Micro Mobile Security app.

2. Locate and tap the Safe Surfing / Web Guard feature.

3. toggle the switch to temporarily disable the feature.

To know more please press on this link provided: How to use SafeSurfing on iPhone or iPad | Trend Micro Help Center and How to use Web Guard on iPhone or iPad | Trend Micro Help Center.

Please let me know if this help, thanks!

Hi, thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately turning off the Web Guard feature has not resolved the problem.
Some web pages continue to show “image not available” where images/graphics should be displayed.
Thank you.

Since you are able to isolate the issue you're encountering, May we suggest to clear your browser's cookies and cache data.

If some web pages continue to show "image not available" where images/graphics should be displayed, one common solution is to clear the browser's cookies and cache data to get rid of the old data. This also enhances the performance for your overall experience.

If you are using Safari for browsing:

1. Open the Settings app, then tap on Safari.
2. Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data
3. Tap Clear History and Data to confirm.

You may follow the link below for more details:

This will guide you on how to clear the cache data and cookies depending on the browser that you are using.

Keep in mind, that clearing all of your browser's cache data and cookies will log you out on all accounts that you have signed in on the browser.

Let us know if this works.
