How to finish installing

We have a subscription for 10 devices but my iPad doesn’t show up in our account and I don’t know how to finish installing properly

You're still using the trial version on your iPad. To complete the activation process, you have to sign in to your Trend Micro account. Here's a guide for you on How to install Mobile Security for iOS.

Yes, I’m having a similar problem with my iPad. I’ve followed the instructions and downloaded the app, but when I go to scan the QR code associated with my Serial Number, I get an ‘unknown website’ error.

Hi, @aristotleteam!

 

Instead of using the QR Code, you may do the following to sync your subscription on your iPad:

1. Download Trend Micro Mobile Security on the App Store

2. Once it's installed, open the app then tap Already Purchased?

3. Choose the option to Sign in to your Trend Micro Account and provide your email address and password.
